  • We only ship to the address specified on writing during the checkout. If we ship your item to your old or invalid address and it returns back as unclaimed in its original condition, the item's cost refund will only be issued.
  • Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO/PO Boxes.
  • 3. Most of our items are shipped to worldwide customers via TNT, FedEx , DHL or USP mail (with delivery confirmation/tracking number); Europe and other international orders - Deutsche Post, Standard Post, UPS, DHL, EMS, DPD etc. Please see the Shipping and Payments tab above for all details.
  •  Packages sent by courier post require signature.
  • We will combine shipping cost on Multi - Purchases. Before payment please contact us for further instruction

As normal , we could suggestion customer which is best for you. for example,  air suspension packing measurement is little big. our customer is always to choose shipped by sea, but the other engine parts,  such as piston , piston ring, spark plug , gasket kit , head gasket , we suggestion that the client can choose express service or air. bcz it is very fast shipping by air or express.

4. how many days i could receive goods if shipped by express or air.

   As our experiences, it is 25-35 days if we ship by sea, if you want to faster faster and faster, the express service and air both are better. your could check our web express service, there are details of introduction.

5.What kinds of payment term can be accepted.

   there are many payment method to choose, such as , T/T (30% deposit, 70% should be paid before shipping goods by express or air) Alibaba trade assurance , Paypal ,  western union, moneygram and so on.

6. Why is the shipping cost on some items so expensive?

   The delivery cost depends on the shipping method that is selected, along with the shipping time and the destination country. For example, if the shipping cost between UPS and FedEx is 10 US dollars, our advice is to choose which option best meets your individual needs, based on price and shipping time.
