1. Can i make order on your web directly.

    Sorry , you can not place an order from our web at present, in order to improve your shopping feeling, we are trying to find out problem. we will update to you after finishing update web. the buyer could contact our seller to confirm lastest price and then place order. our seller could give you best price.

2. Are you trader or manufacturer for all of products

   We are professional on auto parts, the air suspension and air compressor both are manufacture from our factory since 1990. the other parts are from our local factory who are very very professional on their products, our partner produce it since 1989s, so they have many experiences to help to find correct products. In order to extend the market of auto spare parts and giving better serivces for our customers, we also supplied ignition coils , spark plug , sensor ,  wheel bearing unit for European Cars , Japanese cars , America cars.  all of products are stock. welcome to trail order from us !!!

3. How do you ship goods if i place an order.

    It is according to quantities that you purchase. As normal , we could suggestion customer which is best for you. for example,  air suspension packing measurement is little big. our customer is always to choose shipped by sea, but the other engine parts,  such as piston , piston ring, spark plug , gasket kit , head gasket , we suggestion that the client can choose express service or air. bcz it is very fast shipping by air or express.

4. how many days i could receive goods if shipped by express or air.

   As our experiences, it is 25-35 days if we ship by sea, if you want to faster faster and faster, the express service and air both are better. your could check our web express service, there are details of introduction.

5.What kinds of payment term can be accepted.

   there are many payment method to choose, such as , T/T (30% deposit, 70% should be paid before shipping goods by express or air) Alibaba trade assurance , Paypal ,  western union, moneygram and so on.

6. Why is the shipping cost on some items so expensive?

   The delivery cost depends on the shipping method that is selected, along with the shipping time and the destination country. For example, if the shipping cost between UPS and FedEx is 10 US dollars, our advice is to choose which option best meets your individual needs, based on price and shipping time.
